1. Return Period
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom engraved products, including name engraving and logo engraving, are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error caused by us.If the product has any defect or quality issue caused by us, we are happy to offer:

     You can choose a full refund or a free replacement product

3. Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging.
Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are borne by thedogbadge.

Return Process

1. Contact Us
Please contact our Customer Service team at support@thedogbadge.com within 30 days of delivery, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return
After receiving return instructions, package the item(s) securely with the original packaging.
Do not send back items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

3. Refund Processing
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card).
Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Additional Notes

1. Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund.If the package has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation of the order until you receive our package and return it. 

2. Responsibility for Returns
Please double-check your return package before shipping. We are not responsible for the return of non-Thedogbadge products.
